Registration and Participation

Registration is facilitated through an application process with the CECOG Office. Our aim is to curate a diverse conference that encompasses a range of perspectives by including different specialities, geographic regions and levels of experience.

Please note that all travel arrangements and accommodation bookings are the responsibility of the participants. We strongly advise waiting for a confirmation from the CECOG Office before making any travel plans.

Commitment Fee Policy

To confirm your registration at the academy, a €30 commitment fee is required. Please complete the payment within two weeks of receiving your confirmation email. Payment ensures your place at the academy; if the fee is not received on time, your spot may be offered to another participant.

Cancellations

Notice of cancellation (e.g. in case of sickness, lack of funding or any other personal reasons) must be made in writing by e-mail  to CECOG:

The cancellation will not be effective until a written acknowledgement from the CECOG Academy organisers is received.

Committment fees will not be refunded in case of cancellation.

No refunds will be granted for unattended events or early termination of attendance, in case of cancellation of speakers or any other incidents during the conference, which are beyond the control of the organisers.
