Registration and Participation

The number of participants is limited to a maximum of 100 attendees.

Registration is facilitated through an application process with the CECOG Office. Our aim is to curate a diverse conference that encompasses a range of perspectives by including different specialities, geographic regions and levels of experience.

Once the application process is concluded, accepted participants will be able to book their accommodation through the CECOG website. Please note that all travel arrangements are the responsibility of the participants. We strongly advise waiting for a confirmation from CECOG before making any travel plans.

No registration fees are charged for this meeting.

Travel and accomodation

One night accommodation at the meeting hotel and a refund of travel expenses up to a maximum amount of EUR 300.- will be covered by CECOG.

Cancellations

Notice of cancellation (e.g. in case of sickness, lack of funding or any other personal reasons) must be made in writing by e-mail  to CECOG:

The cancellation will not be effective until a written acknowledgement from the CECOG Academy organisers is received.

No refunds will be granted for unattended events or early termination of attendance, in case of cancellation of speakers or any other incidents during the academy, which are beyond the control of the organisers. By registering to the CECOG Academy, delegates agree that neither the organising committee nor the academy organisers assume any liability whatsoever.

CME Accreditation

The Central European Oncology Group, as in previous years, will seek accreditation from the European Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education (EACCME). This will allow participants of the academy to earn CME credits, enhancing the educational value of their experience.
