CECOG 2020
The Central European Cooperative Oncology Group (CECOG) has decided to launch a new initiative focusing on the challenges of the future.
Since its foundation, CECOG has conducted numerous clinical trials in oncology and proven to be an important player in the international research community. Our experience and our study results allow us to generate a structured approach to the treatment of a variety of clinical situations and opened new scientific aspects. However, CECOGs range of activity is not only limited to the conduct of clinical trials (from protocol writing to final publication) but also concentrates on the vocational education of young oncologists in the region.
The time has now come to not only summarize all of our achievements in the performance of clinical trials and continuing medical education in oncology, but also to focus on personalized medicine which is the challenge of the future. Thus, we have named our new initiative “CECOG 2020”. This comprises of a series of possibilities for cooperation between your company and the Cooperative Group, including the performance of clinical trials with new and exciting compounds, as well as education about their mode of action and the understanding of its area of clinical applicability.
